Dry Ginger (split)
Our dry ginger, which is also recognized as the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale, is cut into pieces. These pieces exhibit irregular shapes and sizes, with a minimum length of 20mm. The color of the ginger is a pale brown. Furthermore, it possesses a fibrous texture with the peel not completely removed.
Treatment
The rhizomes undergo a thorough washing process before being dried under the sun. Subsequently, they are meticulously cleaned to eliminate impurities and extraneous materials. This comprehensive approach ensures the optimal quality of the final product.
